AI收割工作的时候,dmc能否一马平川?As AI reshapes and replaces traditional roles,can a DMC find a clear path ahead?



又到了写小作文的时候,都说文字短,内容就重要,今天要写的也并不多,只是一些随笔。


最近有关注到行业内的一些动向,很多公司或多或少的在调整方向,更多的提前入场的公司业务逐渐走到了台前。

DMC这个特殊的个体,到底是顺势而为,还是被浪潮裹挟?


公司成立之初,我们花了一点时间,进行内部调整和磨合。

自动报价、流程优化、数据决策……

工具越来越聪明,效率也肉眼可见的提高。


但判断力、责任感、对细节的执念,以及最终的close团,达成营业目的,

还是要靠人。


AI 下的 DMC,

会不会一马平川我不知道。

但我知道,


真正的竞争,从来不只是报价单上的数字。

有人在压酒店价格,有人在抢导游资源,但真正的优势,在于整条链条的结构设计。

谁的反应更快,谁的资源更稳,谁的模式更轻,谁就能以快打慢。

价格决定成交,结构决定生死。


小人数撬动大机制,靠的不是蛮力,而是设计。

当团队足够精干,当流程足够清晰,当决策足够快速,组织的杠杆自然被放大。

马年,不求扩张过快,只求结构更稳,节奏更准。

It’s time again to write a short piece.

People say when the words are short, the content must carry more weight.

Today’s writing is not long — just a few reflections.


Recently, I’ve been paying attention to some movements within the industry.

Many companies, to varying degrees, are adjusting their direction.

More of the early movers are gradually stepping into the spotlight.


As a unique player in this ecosystem,

is a DMC moving with the trend —

or being swept along by the tide?


When the company was first established,

we spent some time on internal adjustments and alignment.


Automated quotations.

Process optimization.

Data-driven decision-making.


The tools are becoming smarter,

and efficiency has visibly improved.


But judgment, a sense of responsibility, an obsession with detail,

and ultimately closing groups and achieving revenue targets —

still rely on people.


Under AI,

will a DMC have a smooth road ahead?

I don’t know.


But I do know this:


True competition has never been just about the numbers on a quotation sheet.


Some are pushing down hotel rates.

Some are competing for guide resources.

But the real advantage lies in the structural design of the entire value chain.


Who responds faster.

Who has more stable resources.

Who operates with a lighter model.


Whoever can move fast against the slow will win.


Price determines the deal.

Structure determines survival.


A small team leveraging a large mechanism

is not about brute force —

it is about design.


When the team is lean enough,

when processes are clear enough,

when decisions are fast enough,

organizational leverage naturally expands.


In the Year of the Horse,

we do not seek rapid expansion.

We seek stronger structure

and more precise rhythm.
